Do your thoughts flow through your mind with ease? Do your thoughts flow as a perfectly well orchestrated machine that is well organized? If so how I envy you, well maybe. My brain is full of thoughts that keep churning in my head, that dart off in many directions which never let me sleep nor never let me rest. My mind is creating thousands of ideas that may or may not lead to a finished product. My mind does not allow me to complete any one project at a time but to start many projects and for most remain unfinished. Sometimes I am so overwhelmed with thoughts, ideas, words, and tunes that I cause my mind to shut down and lock up kind of like my computer.
